1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3pattiok ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3pattiok website located at https://3pattiok.bet, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account features (collectively, the "Services").

3pattiok is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international gaming regulations and designed primarily to serve English-speaking players in Pakistan, including but not limited to players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 3pattiok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing any feature of the 3pattiok platform, including free-play modes, promotional pages, and informational content related to wagering.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other individual or entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 3pattiok, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not be a resident of or located within any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 3pattiok platform, whether through voluntary self-exclusion or operator-initiated account closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3pattiok does not knowingly permit minors to access the platform. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, we will suspend the account immediately and initiate an investigation. Any winnings accrued on an underage account are void and subject to forfeiture.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold exactly one (1) 3pattiok account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under international anti-money laundering frameworks, 3pattiok requires all players to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Pakistani CNIC or passport);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your registered mobile number);
• A selfie or live photo for identity confirmation, where required by our compliance team.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission during business hours. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in account suspension and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3pattiok login credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. 3pattiok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report unauthorised access to [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3pattiok reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment documentation if a mismatch between the depositor's identity and the account holder's identity is detected.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available exclusively to fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 3pattiok reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted after 3:00 AM PKT will be queued for processing the following business day.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3pattiok offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-season cricket betting promotions. The following general conditions apply to all 3pattiok bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus funds are typically restricted to specific game categories. Using bonus funds on ineligible games (e.g., low-RTP table games during a slot-specific promotion) may invalidate the bonus.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonuses not wagered within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.
• 3pattiok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to active accounts.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and potential account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on the 3pattiok platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their bet selections — including stake amount, selection, market, and odds — before confirmation. 3pattiok will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on the 3pattiok platform are powered by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages. Individual session results may deviate significantly from the stated RTP. 3pattiok does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any game session.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, international bilateral series, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, tennis, and UFC, are subject to the following conditions:

• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with 3pattiok's sport-specific void rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and market liquidity. 3pattiok reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

6.4 Disputed Results

Any dispute relating to the settlement of a bet must be submitted to 3pattiok support within seven (7) days of the event result being declared. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. 3pattiok's settlement decisions, made in accordance with official match results from recognised governing bodies, are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 3pattiok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 3pattiok account, or assisting another person in evading the single-account policy;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner not sanctioned by 3pattiok;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings beyond what would result from normal play;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 3pattiok support;
• Attempting to access the 3pattiok platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using a VPN or other obfuscation technology to disguise your actual location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3pattiok staff, live chat agents, or other players in any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3pattiok platform — including but not limited to the 3pattiok name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, icons, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 3pattiok or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3pattiok platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any 3pattiok content without express written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 3pattiok software;
• Use the 3pattiok brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised in writing by 3pattiok.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

3pattiok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a 3pattiok account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3pattiok implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure password hashing, and access-controlled data storage to protect your personal and financial information. Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and 3pattiok cannot warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to or from the platform.

3pattiok will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by our operational and compliance obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pattiok and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or disconnections during active gaming sessions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any reliance on odds, game results, or promotional information displayed on the platform;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, 3pattiok's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by 3pattiok.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

You may close your 3pattiok account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to pending wagering requirements being satisfied) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window. Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 3pattiok

3pattiok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Provision of false registration or KYC information;
• Chargeback disputes initiated against 3pattiok by the player's payment provider;
• Any conduct that 3pattiok deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by 3pattiok due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned through the player's verified payment method.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which 3pattiok holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 3pattiok that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion with our support team, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by an independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3pattiok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — 3pattiok will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Your continued use of the 3pattiok platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

The version of these Terms currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
